The province is coordinating to submit a dossier to UNESCO for recognition of the Lady Xu Festival of Sam Mountain as a representative intangible cultural heritage of humanity. On this occasion, the People's Committee of An Giang province invited Mr. Madan Mohan Sethi, Indian Consul General to attend the Lady Xu Festival of Sam Mountain on May 29th, 2024 (April 22nd of the lunar calendar).
