Chairing the dialogue, there are representatives: Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs; Provincial Social Insurance, Provincial Public Security; Provincial Tax Department; An Giang Provincial Labor Confederation.
The conference heard general regulations on labor, wages, labor contracts, and responsibilities for entering into labor contracts; propagation and dissemination of legal regulations on violations of social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance; crimes of fraud and evasion according to Articles 214, 215, 216 of the Penal Code; Information to businesses about social insurance and health insurance payments deductible when calculating personal income tax.
At the same time, the dialogue also disseminated regulations on subjects, payment levels, payment methods, responsibilities to participate in and pay compulsory social insurance, health insurance of units, businesses, and employees; Benefits and rights of units, businesses and employees when participating in and paying compulsory social insurance and health insurance.
At the direct dialogue session with businesses, questions related to regimes and policies were received; rights and responsibilities of employers and employees in participating in compulsory social insurance according to the provisions of law.
On this occasion, An Giang Provincial Social Insurance, the Working Group of the Steering Committee for Implementing Social Insurance, Health Insurance, and Unemployment Insurance Policies of Long Xuyen City worked directly with businesses to review the difference in number of employees with tax finalization data.
According to Director of Social Insurance of An Giang province Dang Hong Tuan: By July 31, 2024, the whole province has 1,845/3,387 businesses participating in mandatory social insurance for 66,224/115,407 employees. After comparing with the data of taxpayers and employees participating in social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, the whole province has 1,416 businesses with 27,007 employees included in the taxpayer data but not yet registered to participate in social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance./.
